Mindful Well-being: Introduction February 5, 2021 3:00pm-5:00pm (Pacific Time)
Mindfulness has been shown to positively affect one's ability to cope with a variety of conditions, reduce psychological distress, and live life more fully. Our classes provide participants with in-depth strategies to promote greater physical and emotional well-being by applying mindfulness practices to their daily lives. Participants will also learn about the physiology of stress and how to cultivate coping skills, resilience, and mobilize inner resources. Free
