Are you struggling to keep your focus, adapt to your new normal, and find joy in everyday life?
We invite you to join us for a free 4-week course to build a foundation of mindfulness and cultivate resilience in these very challenging times.
You will develop a tool box of practices to help manage stress and tension, increase joy and compassion, and live with more peace and ease.
Each week during the one-hour live Zoom sessions, we will discuss a mindfulness topic, practice a formal meditation, and learn specific mindfulness and resilience techniques. The skills you gain can be used immediately in your daily life.
Weekly topics include:
Mindfulness for this unprecedented time
Compassion in the midst of uncertainty for ourselves and others
Choosing how to respond instead of react to situations in our lives
How to live mindfully and continue to build resilience
All are welcome! No prior experience is required.
NO FEE for this course – if you like, please donate to your favorite charity with the spirit of creating a mindful community.
